Why We Chose A Custom Display

Most displays on the market use standard 10.1", 12.3" or 15-inch panels.

We evaluated multiple display formats before selecting a custom 14.1-inch ultra-wide industrial display.

Not because it was easier.

Not because it was cheaper.

Industrial SLA Front Panels

The front panels are manufactured using industrial SLA printing and engineering-grade resin materials.

Compared with traditional consumer-grade printing methods, this process delivers sharper details, cleaner surfaces and improved long-term durability.

To achieve the appearance we wanted, multiple paint formulations were tested and refined before selecting the final finish.

Premium Metal Construction

The display frame is produced using industrial aluminum extrusion manufacturing.

In fact, the extrusion process utilizes equipment capable of generating over 1200 tons of pressure.

Is that excessive for a 14.1-inch display?

Probably.

But it allowed us to achieve the rigidity, consistency and premium feel we were looking for.

The rear structure is laser-cut, welded and powder-coated for long-term durability and stability.

Hidden Cable Routing

One of the details most people never notice is the cable routing.

We intentionally designed the power and video connections to exit through the rear of the unit rather than the sides.

Because flight decks are filled with instruments — not cables.

The result is a cleaner desk, a cleaner cockpit and a more immersive experience.
