Returns & Refunds Policy
At Sim Workshop, we take pride in delivering high-quality, precision-built products. Due to the nature of our equipment and international logistics, please review the following return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after purchase.
- Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- After a tracking number has been issued, the order is considered shipped and can no longer be canceled. In such cases, the order will fall under our return policy outlined below.
- If a cancellation request is submitted before shipment, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
- Please note that payment processing fees charged by PayPal or credit card providers are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
2. Returns After Delivery
Because our products are heavy, precision-built devices that contain internal sensors and electronic components, returns after delivery are subject to the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and protective materials.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including international shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any other related charges.
- Returns must be shipped to the designated return address provided by our support team. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once the returned item is received by our warehouse and successfully passes inspection, a refund of the product price only will be issued to the original payment method.
3. International Return Shipping
- Prepaid return labels are not provided for international returns.
- Customers must arrange return shipping using a carrier of their choice.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Sim Workshop cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product has been opened, used, installed, modified, or shows signs of wear.
- Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, installation, or transportation after delivery.
- Return requests submitted after the 14-day return window.
- Items returned without prior return authorization.
- Products damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue and packaging.
After verification, we will evaluate the situation and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
- Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs charges, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
