Shipping Policy

Global Air Freight (Estimated Delivery Time: 5–14 Business Days)

All orders are shipped via global air freight, with shipping costs, duties, and VAT included in the product price unless otherwise stated. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.


At Sim Workshop, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and reliably as possible. Please review the following shipping policy for important information regarding order processing, delivery, and address accuracy.


1. Order Processing Time

  •   Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  •   Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number provided by the carrier.
  •   Order processing time does not include transit time.

2. Shipping Carriers

  •   We primarily ship orders using internationally recognized carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
  •   The selected carrier may vary depending on destination, warehouse location, and operational considerations.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  •   Estimated delivery time is typically 5–14 business days after shipment.
  •   Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as transit times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier operations, or local conditions.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

  •   Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  •   Please ensure all required details are included, such as apartment numbers, building names, postal codes, and contact phone numbers where applicable.

Address Changes

  •   If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
  •   If the order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address free of charge.
  •   If the order has already been shipped, address changes are no longer guaranteed.
  • If a shipment is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we can arrange re-shipment after the item is returned. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  •   All shipments are sent via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service whenever applicable, meaning duties and VAT are included in the product price.
  •   Customs clearance procedures may still be required by local authorities, which can occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

6. Delivery Delays

  •   While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
  1.   Customs inspections or clearance procedures
  2.   Carrier operational delays
  3.   Weather conditions
  4.   Local delivery restrictions or public holidays

Sim Workshop is not responsible for delays caused by these circumstances.


7. Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments

  •   If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.
  •   In such cases, re-shipment or refund requests will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, and additional shipping costs may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  •   If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
  •   If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
